Apple Scare-amel Martini

Ingredients:

1 ounce caramel or salted caramel vodka
2 ounces apple cider
1 ounce vanilla vodka
Caramel apple slice garnish

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with a large cup of ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and strain into the coupe glass. Garnish with an apple slice.
Tip: for a sour apple flavor, add 1/2 ounce sour apple pucker. It helps if you also pucker. We don’t know why.

Liquified Mummy

Ingredients:

2 oz. vodka
1 oz. vanilla simple syrup
1 oz. cream
2 oz. soda

Directions:

Shake together vanilla simple syrup, cream, vodka and soda. Then serve in a chilled martini glass or mason jar. Garnish with crystalized sugar. Sprinkle with cinnamon. We like to think of it as grave dirt, but whatever floats your Halloween boat.
